Our people are at the core of our service delivery. Citizens Advice Bournemouth Christchurch & Poole believe only high quality people can deliver high quality services. To this end we are committed in the investment and development of staff and volunteer teams to ensure they are equipped to deliver the best solutions for our clients.

The senior management team are responsible for ensuring that they get the best out their teams in terms of performance and quality through the provision of strong management, supervision and support. They are responsible for the ‘day to day’ management of the organisation. The team comprises:

Zoe BradleyChief Executive
Has responsibility for the overall leadership, strategic direction and management of the organisation.

Maria Perez-KellyQuality Officer

The Quality Officer is responsible for developing and improving the training, support, monitoring and assessment of all volunteer advisers and paid staff.

Tom LundHead of Operations & Service Delivery
Has management responsibility and accountability for all service development and delivery functions across Citizens Advice Bournemouth Christchurch & Poole, ensuring compliance with service specifications and quality standards.

Lorraine Hicks Office Manager
Has responsibility for ensuring effective communication across all offices, managing payroll, invoices and organising staff activities.

Dan StannardHead of Training, Development & HR Manager
The Training, Development & HR Manager has responsibility for the recruitment, induction, training and support of all staff and the development of the volunteer and training strategy, ensuring our commitment to quality through recruitment and training is maintained.

Caitlin BeckFundraising Officer
Is responsible for sourcing funding and marketing and event management. Since September 2016, Caitlin has been managing the online and offline marketing for the charity as well maintaining the charity’s website.

Jenny BootyPA to Trustees and Senior Management Team

PA to Trustees Board and Senior Management Team.

Jenny has responsibility for providing guidance and support to our Trustees Board Members and the Senior Management Team

Nicola JuniperDebt Team Leader
Has responsibility for leadership of the debt team in providing high quality specialist debt advice and information across advice locations in Bournemouth Christchurch and Poole.  This role contributes to the continuous review of existing services, increasing efficiency and integration of all parts of the service as well as maintaining high quality debt advice.

Elena Green Benefits Team Leader
Has responsibility for leadership of the benefits team in providing high quality specialist benefits advice and information across advice locations in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole.  This role contributes to the continuous review of existing services, increasing efficiency and integration of all parts of the service as well as maintaining high quality benefits advice.

Kirsty Pemberton Project Coordinator
Has responsibility for publicising and executing several projects including Money Talks and EUSS project.

Jamie White Deputy Operations Manager
Assists the Head of Operations and Service Delivery with the everyday running of the organisation; especially the running of the CORE/Generalist Service.

All Generalist Advice, Information and Education Services are provided by a team of volunteers and paid members of staff.

The supervision of all advice staff and volunteers is undertaken by the Advice Session Supervisor team under the Advice Service Management function.

All project staff are directly line managed by the appropriate manager responsible for the project.
