If you are struggling to pay for the cost of energy in your home (heating, cooking, lighting), water bills (including sewerage) then a range of support is available. Citizens Advice Bournemouth Christchurch and Poole are working with BCP Council to provide help with affording utility bills and keeping warm this winter.
Our team is here to offer free and friendly guidance. They will not judge you. They are here to understand your individual circumstances and help you to get the right support.
