Applications for the Winter Warmth Household Support Fund reopened from 11/04/22 for a limited time, for new applicants only.

Citizens Advice Bournemouth Christchurch & Poole have been delivering the Winter Warmth Support programme in partnership with BCP Council and the Together We Can initiative.

Please note that following a Winter Warmth Support application, you will be called by a member of the Winter Warmth team for an assessment and that the call will come from a private/withheld number.

To support your application, please email a copy of a utility bill/driving license with your current name and address to ID@citizensadvicebcp.org.uk
