Hate Crime Awareness Day – 20th March 2019
We would like to invite you to our Hate Crime Awareness Day on 20th March 2019 where you can drop in anytime between 10am and 4pm. This is a free event which will be held at Bournemouth Central Library. We have had sessions so far in youth settings, general public areas such as the Poole Dolphin Centre.
We will be joined by the Dorset Race Equality Council, the LGBT Dorset Equality Network and People First forum to share information about how to support people.
We have training materials for community groups, young people and for front line workers as well. Our active social media platforms (twitter, facebook and Instagram) are also aiding in raising awareness about how our advisers and case worker can support victims of hate crime and discrimination.
Please contact our caseworker if in support of advice and guidance.
