A statement from the Board of Trustees, Citizens Advice BCP:

It is with regret that we announce that for personal reasons Anne Joseph is standing down from her role as Trustee and Chair of the Board of Citizens Advice BCP with immediate effect.

Anne is leaving having led our organisation through a significant period of transformation, serving first as a Trustee from October 2020, then taking on the role of Chair in early 2021. Anne’s strong leadership helped to steer us not only through the second half of the pandemic but also the following times of financial pressures and the impact of the cost-of-living crisis. We thank Anne for her service, hard work and commitment during these challenging times and wish her well in the future.

Anne is proud that the recent audit by National Citizens Advice scored our organisation at the highest level, meaning we are well placed to continue to support the increasing needs of the people across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole.

While a new Chair is appointed, Jane Burrows, Vice Chair, will deputise for the role of Chair of Citizens Advice BCP.
